A little about me

The cozy Fall vibe is my favorite time of year. I’m a nerd about music, science, and art, and I love good coffee and great Mexican food. I’m an introvert, as most artists will tell you they are, but I also love meeting and getting to know new and interesting people.

My style of imagery is natural, colorful, warm, and sometimes moody or dramatic. My goal is to create something special for every client—something that is extraordinary, makes them feel beautiful, and is unique to them. I'm known for my ability to shoot in dark spaces and create dynamic images in challenging lighting scenarios. When there’s no light, I can create great light. If the existing light sucks, I can make better light. Some say this is my superpower as a photographer.

I am also a mom to three boys and a registered nurse. My love of science and taking care of people has led me into the healthcare field, but photography will remain my most beloved creative outlet. There’s something magical about freezing those precious fleeting moments in time and placing them back into your hands to cherish for the rest of your life.
